A short instructional video of how to apply K-Tape to a shoulder. This taping technique can be used for a gleno-humeral joint sprain, an acromio-clavicular (AC) joint sprain, rotator cuff muscle injury, shoulder instability, or to restrict anterior or posterior dislocation.
How To Tape A Shoulder:
Measure the required length against the shoulder
Cut two equal lengths for deltoid and a third, slightly longer for scapula
Round the corners to prevent them lifting off
Gutter the tape towards itself to catch the leading edge
