How To Tape Tennis Elbow

A short instructional video of how to apply K-Tape to treat tennis elbow. Tennis elbow is a gradual onset, lateral elbow pain, that may also be called lateral epicondylitis, lateral epicondylalgia, or lateral elbow pain.

 

 

How To Tape Tennis Elbow:

  1. Measure the required length against the arm
  2. Round the corners to prevent them lifting off
  3. Gutter the tape towards itself to catch the leading edge
  4. Apply an inch at each end with no stretch
  5. Apply tape with 50% stretch
  6. Apply second shorter strip across sore spot with 70% stretch
