A short instructional video of how to apply K-Tape to a calf muscle. This taping technique can be used for an acute calf muscle strain injury, an Achilles tendinopathy, or a calf muscle contusion (cork).
How To Tape A Calf:
Measure the required length from under the foot to top of calf
Round the corners to prevent them lifting off
Gutter the tape towards itself to catch the leading edge
